    This was the absolute best taxi experience. Efficient, compassionate, great communication. I learned a lot about the area, the culture, and experienced a commitment to excellence that is a rarity in this world. I felt safe and confident despite unsafe drivers and poor conditions. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Flying feather taxi is the only reasonable service in the Bryson City and Cherokee area. Call them about 2 hrs ago and they still haven't shown up. They just don't have enough drivers very disappointed it was my only transportation. This man is a jerk yes he is cheap but you wait to long you get what you pay for don't use them find someway else to get around hope he goes out of business and soon. What a Jerk.
